I believe Q was reinforcing the dynamic/static theory as a red herring (and a way to point frens towards the MI Police Data Leak).

 

The majority (but not all) of the people who commented, tagged, etc on the original archived tweet had archives made of their profiles. Some of them had drastic differences over short periods of time like "Dr. Martin Casas". For some reason the page's language went from "Kannada" w/ protected tweets to English/unprotected tweets. Many have archives made on the same day the Obamafoundation tweet was captured.

In his profile description he added "@UCSD" to his list "education"San Pasqual High School also has an archive from back in 2013? Might be a coincidence but worth noting:

Out of the three schools listed under education UCSD has TWENTY FIVE (25) CAPTURES SINCE 2010! Yet it only has one tweet..
