Isn't that first photo of George actually taken from a porn movie?

Is it possible that the tattoos he has in that porn movie were actually a part of the make up? Not real tattoos. Just created for the movie? The second picture, taken shortly before he was killed, no tattoos because the tattoos were removed after the porn movie was finished?
