Jacques Ketant, Aristide’s personal coordinator of the cocaine flow, was arrested after he attacked an American citizen at Haiti’s National School. Had he not attacked an American, he would have been left alone. The American embassy threatened Aristide with his own arrest if he didn’t “give up” Ketant.

Ketant’s trial saw him testify to the fact that Aristide controlled every aspect of the drug trade in Haiti.
President Bill Clinton personally moved to prevent the DEA indictment of Aristide for this major crime against the American society. He was politely ignored.
Clinton has absolutely no scruples.
With the full knowledge of Aristide’s crimes against the American people, Clinton invaded Haiti, with 23,000 American soldiers, to re-install Aristide in the Haitian Presidency. He, and his partner, Rene Preval would control the Haitian Presidency from 1991 until 2006, effectively setting the foundation for what would be the world’s first true NARCO STATE.
When Mireille Durocher Bertin threatened their power base – she was assassinated. An F.B.I. team was brought in to investigate this murder. When blocked by Preval, they returned to the States – disgusted- having discovered the Lavalas/Preval involvement in the crime.
Clinton was, and some say still is Aristides’s partner, and protector.
