The code Q posted is open source code that allows developers to force a refresh on a Twitter card.

What happen is - you updated the Open Graph image tag with a new image (on the website), but then you need to wait an indeterminate amount of time for Twitter to fetch the new image and update. That code Q posted allows developers to force a refresh/update. I've updated og:image tags and have had to wait as much as a week for the refresh, or as little as an hour.

Anyway, I'm not sure how this validates/invalidates Q's post. At this point, I don't care. Is it possible that Q is aware that this was a set-up/FF, and wanted to just shine the line on it in someway without divulging classified info? Sure, why not. Or maybe Q isn't aware of how Twitter cards are updated, after all, Q could be a Dan Scavino type. Not everyone is familiar with it.
