Protest in DC were escalating really bad in the city on the morning of June 1st. The city was literally on fire and protesters/rioters broke the barrier to get onto the whitehouse field and front door area. There was fighting on the White House lawn. 1/11

I saw the White House go dark. All the lights shut off for the first time in hundreds of years as the streets were lit with flames. Images of the military and police with silencers appeared. And then the blackout happened. 2/11

Not a word was heard from anyone in DC from the roughly the hours between 1:30am-6:30am. No new videos, pictures, tweets, nothing was heard from them. Absolutely no contact. Even street cams were offline. It was like the city didn’t exist for a few hours. 3/11

Claims started coming in that the protestors all simply went home and are sleeping. All of them, in the middle of storming the White House, just decided to go to sleep without tweeting and texting anyone anything and posting any content. 5/11

As for the blackout? The only thing I’ve been able to find was that it “wasn’t serious” and that it was an accident or something, that coincidentally happened at the same time as the protestors. I haven’t been able to find any real reason for why it happened. 6/11

Then early in the morning when I was trying to figure this out, tweets were being deleted on a mass scale. Thousands and thousands of tweets under the #dcblackout were being deleted by the second. The tag WHERE ARE THE PROTESTORS also had tweets disappearing. 7/11

There was no news or media coverage on this. Even if nothing sinister happened, everyone saw the protests before the blackout happened. The streets were on fire. People were fighting on the White House lawn. The president was in a bunker. There would have been articles. 8/11

There would have been SOMETHING, but there isn’t. It’s like the night of May 30th/morning of June 1st never even happened. There are some articles talking about the “scam of the DC blackout” but there is not actually any solid in there that explains what happened then- 9/11

or the reason for the blackout. I still have yet to see anything from the protestors. I still have yet to see any footage from the night. I still have yet to see this be talked about by anyone. 10/11
