Barr: Oh, absolutely. Under the Anti-Insurrection Act, the president can use regular troops to suppress rioting.

Barr, Face The Nation: "There have been 750 officers hurt in the last week. One-fifth of those were in Washington D.C.. Most of those have been federal officers at Lafayette Park."
