Coincidence? There was just a big chemical spill (chem attack?) where some 35 tons of toxic MTBE was spilled from parked train cars to pollute the water. Large damage to the nature expected. (Watch the water?) Luckily it wasn't near densely populated areas.

Now the interesting thing is that these were Russian train cars that had been parked for two weeks on the way to somewhere, currently unclear where. For some reason Finland's state-owned railway company had also neglected to do the proper paperwork about storing dangerous chemicals.

Toxic chemicals + water + Russia… Will this lead to somewhere?
