Anyone notice that the date on the PDF regarding the Earth Satellite Program (1956) is prior to the launch of Sputnik (1957?)
Didn't think so.
Is this the intent here? We already had an Earth Satellite Program with substantive responsibility assigned to Guided Missiles before Sputnik was launched?
Sounds like there have been a lot of cover-ups.
