Kimmel's Man Show was on Comedy Central. Comedy Central is a Viacom Channel owned by Sumner Redstone in his Prime. Nickelodeon is also a Viacom Channel. Looking for connections between the manshow producers/staff and pedo Dan Schneider staff is a plausible way to go after Kimmel. Viacom's various channel's share production(and possibly victim procurement) resources.
The patent filings should be easily source able. Also, I'm fairly sure Hillary was never admitted to the patent bar. Additional testing for qualification is required and typically needs a STEM background.
