I think that we know there are traitors in the US military. Some are now serving in Syria. Others are in positions that liaise with the troops in Syria. That could be on ships in the areas, airbases that do ops in Syria, and the supply chain for the troops in Syria, i.e. stateside ammunition stores, food supply chain and so on.

These traitors have been supporting and supplying Islamists in Syria, both ISIS and the so-called Syrian rebels. They need to be smoked out. How?

First you need to get set up. You need to take some time to map out all the possible points in the network where traitors could be compromising the chain f command somehow. You need to get surveillance in place to watch these areas. Some is loyal agents positioned where they can see what is happening. Some is electronic surveillance, bugs in offices, hacked software in computers. It takes time to get all this in place. And then…

POTUS NEVER telegraphs his moves.

Think logically.

Moves and countermoves.

Who do they talk to?

Do they send extra supplies just in case?

Does somebody suddenly travel to communicate F2F?

Who is calling certain known senators?

And who called them?

And son on down the chain.

Yes, the troops will be withdrawn, but not just yet. Of there are movements, they will be feints.

And if troops are withdrawn, there will be replacements sent.

And then there is JSOC. Nobody ever gets notice of what they do and where they do it.

When POTUS orders Americans to pull out of Syria, it only covers the publicly known troops.

JSOC is a different beast.

POTUS is not a fool.

There is a tactic in the military called a retreat.

Generally the enemy reacts by chasing

Sometimes the chasers end up in an ambush

Sometimes the chasers end up in a cauldron. A cauldron that closes behind them. A cauldron that batters them from all sides until the enemy is no more.

Sometime the chasers chase, shoot, chase, shoot, and along the way they get shot at, only losing one or two men, but the damage adds up and eventually, they are too far from their supply lines, and too weak to defeat you.

Never assume that you know what is going one when a military movement takes place in a war.
