When I click 'Add filter', what's the difference between ID and ID+?

Is that the best way to filter shills?

So I've been coming here for about 4 months, and today is my first day filtering. It cleans up the bread SO MUCH.

Even if the shills ip hop, it just takes a second to filter again.
