I'm not sure the dates relative to Sputnik matter (this was 1.75 years prior to Sputnik.) I mentioned it because it is interesting, but may not be the point of Q's disclosure.

I think what Q is doing is releasing something rather harmless but with the annotations I've noted in the picture. This essentially tells me there are some documents that will incriminate the shit out of that under EO 13526 must be released by law if asked for. I would bet a shekel that someone's about to request this shit or Trump is about to declassify some things…
