The Navy has always been one of the most corrupt branches of the military

I watched honorable officers get purged/sidelined because they were directed to do things by domestic enemies appointed by the Obama admin and refused. Those officers have alot of value to contribute to THIS particular fight.

The Advisors in OIF were modeled after the Vietnam COVAN program.

Many retired MIL FID/FDO/FAO go on to act as civilianAdvisors for DoD/DoS contracts, and NOT associated with C_A. They have to get approval first as their "knowledge" is a controlled export item.
