Bakeranon, to archive notables: It's easy and quick to do in between baking. You see the Best of Bread link which is always at the foot of the notables section? Click to go there (I open in a new tab), copy from your dough those you wish to archive and post them as a reply in Best of Bread. That's it, you can then delete them from your dough.
Copy them from your dough rather than the thread so that you retain the formatting over on BofB. That's it, a quick cut and paste.
