The documents – provided to the editor of Conservative Base by Rapacki — reveal a high level of organizational structure, with strong financial backing, and well-planned and practiced tactics. “It is highly anticipated that future confrontations will be better prepared, equipped, organized and financed,” said Rapacki, who owns and operates the private security firm Sentinel Intelligence Services, LLC.

Confidential documents appearing to belong to Friends of Democracy – an activist group run by George Soros’ son Jonathan Soros – describe an acceleration of civil unrest to justify the rollout of martial law nationwide. According to intelligence experts, the goal of such action is to throw the nation into a state of chaos with citizens battling the proponents of the Deep State ‘puppetmasters.’

According to the documents (reprinted below), the group sought to use the protests over the death of Freddie Gray – who died while in police custody – as a detonator for larger violent demonstrations in the Baltimore area. “Do not worry about violent action, we have secured limited protections from friendly BWI officials and LE to permit some aggressive activity,” one ANTIFA memo states.

Dates mentioned in the documents, Saturday April 18, 2015 and Saturday April 25, 2015, coincide with the actual Baltimore riot dates.

The organization also points out an “ideal post-action objective” would be “civil unrest that leads to deployment of martial law-like policies for BWI, creating a feedback loop.” In other words, a domino effect that would spread nationwide.

MN Man Charged with Looting-Burning Down 3rd Precinct Building — Was Wearing Stolen Body Armor, Police Knife and Handcuffs when Arrested

Suspect Brenden Michael Wolfe was wearing police gear stolen from the 3ed Precinct when it was looted and torched.

A federal court charged Branden Michael Wolfe with looting and torching the Third Precinct last week during the leftist riots and looting.

He was wearing his police gear when he was arrested.

A federal charge has been filed against a St. Paul man for the burning down of the Third Police Precinct in Minneapolis.

United States Attorney Erica H. MacDonald says Branden Michael Wolfe, 23, is accused of aiding and abetting arson. He is scheduled to make his initial appears in U.S. District Court Tuesday.

The Third Precinct was overrun during protests on May 28 and heavily damaged due to vandalism and arson, with investigators identifying multiple fires being started in the building.

On June 3, St. Paul police officers were called to a home improvement store in St. Paul about an individual, later identified as Wolfe, wearing body armor and a law enforcement duty belt and carrying a baton was trying to get into the store. Store employees said WOLFE had been working as a security guard at the store but was fired earlier that day over social media posts about stealing items from the Third Precinct.

Police arrested Wolfe and say they found him wearing multiple items stolen from the Third Precinct, including body armor, a police-issue duty belt with handcuffs, an earphone piece, baton, and knife. Officers say Wolfe’s name was handwritten in duct tape on the back of the body armor. Law enforcement says it recovered items belonging to the Minneapolis Police Department, including a riot helmet, 9mm pistol magazine, police radio, and police issue overdose kit, from Wolfe’s apartment.

China Warns US: "Abandon Plans" For Nuke Testing Or Risk "Undermining Global Stability"

Just over two weeks ago The Washington Post revealed that "the Trump administration has discussed whether to conduct the first US nuclear test explosion since 1992."

It was said to have been under serious discussion during a May 15 “deputies meeting” of senior national security officials at the White House - and though doesn't appear to currently be something seriously pursued - the possibility remains “very much an ongoing conversation,” according to a senior admin official.

While all eyes were initially on Russia's reaction, the Chinese Foreign Ministry has belatedly issued a response, warning Washington in a press briefing on Monday that it must abide by its international obligations and abandon any possible plans to carry out nuclear tests.

"We insist that the United States should strictly abide by its obligations to end nuclear testing… and we hope that it will listen to the international community," ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said. "The US should abandon plans that could undermine global stability and strategic order," she added.

Emphasizing Beijing has repeatedly urged the US to honor its commitments, the top diplomat continued: "The US needs to contribute to international cooperation to ensure disarmament and the non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction."

However, the administration is sure to shrug off these words and hit back, given it's lately repeatedly accused China and Russia of 'illegally' conducting low-yield nuclear tests, which both countries have denied. In Beijing's case it's believed China's military is able to conceal such provocative tests at an elaborate underground testing facility.

There hasn't been an American nuclear test (that's officially known about at least) since 1992, upon the end of the Cold War and collapse of the USSR in the year prior. But there are signs we could all soon witness a new provocative test given landmark weapons treaties with Moscow are fast being shed, also as Trump might entertain using nuke tests as powerful "leverage" for desired negotiations "for a better deal" - as he's said in the past.

Toronto’s first black police chief will step down from his post on 31 July, the Toronto Police Service said in a statement.

“Today, Toronto Police Chief Mark Saunders announced that his last day as Chief of the Toronto Police Service will be 31 July 2020”, the Toronto Police Service said on Monday. Saunders’ abrupt resignation comes amid growing calls to defund the Toronto police force.

Activists across Canada and the United States have been calling for police departments to be defunded and for the money to be redirected to other areas to help communities, such as education and housing.

Critics have said defunding police departments will leave ordinary citizens defenceless against criminals and predict a drastic rise in crime.

While the calls were spurred by the death of George Floyd in police custody in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Canadian activists have also cited ongoing anti-black and anti-indigenous racism at the hands of police north of the border as well.

However, many of the protests have turned into riots and have seen violence against police and civilians as well as acts of vandalism, arson, and looting.

Trump Campaign to Resume Iconic MAGA Rallies Within Weeks

President Donald Trump’s campaign is reportedly planning to resume its iconic rallies after a months-long halt due to the coronavirus pandemic.

According to Politico’s report, upcoming rallies are in the works. The campaign hopes to resume the rallies as early as this month, but details and safety precautions moving forward are still under review.

“Aides are factoring in an array of factors in determining where the rallies will be held, including the number of coronavirus cases that exist locally,” the outlet reported:

While Trump is likely to face blowback for resuming in-person events while the coronavirus pandemic is still ravaging the country, his advisers contend that the recent massive protests in metropolitan areas will make it harder for liberals to criticize him.

“Americans are ready to get back to action and so is President Trump. The great American comeback is real and the rallies will be tremendous,” Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale said in a statement, according to Politico.

“You’ll again see the kind of crowds and enthusiasm that sleepy Joe Biden can only dream of,” he added.

Trump campaign director Tim Murtaugh also confirmed Politico’s report to CNBC.

President Trump has not held a MAGA rally since March 2 and canceled the scheduled rallies in Colorado and Nevada as the coronavirus pandemic continued to unfold.

The last rally took place in Charlotte, North Carolina — the same city where the Republican National Convention was originally slated to take place. However, Trump has indicated that they are looking elsewhere after local officials failed to guarantee the convention could proceed as planned, citing coronavirus-related concerns.

RNC officials are reportedly considering several cities, including Nashville, Las Vegas, Savannah, Jacksonville, and Orlando to host the event.
