I witnessed a very similar launch during the millennium new years eve celebration.
Launch was fail/success, roof went about 50 feet up and the walls flew out sideways. The only part in tact was the shitter as the tp rolled down the street. Died laughin as I ran. Didn't know the guy was going to do it, very drunk.
