I love how these cities want to defund the police AND ask for extra funds to recover from the riots.
Dave at X22 is suggesting it could be Antifa that is primed to step into the role of 'community police', like the Brown Shirts did in the '30s.
Personally I can't see it happening. Just that it may be what [they] are planning by the defunding and elimination of police. Brown shirts were also used to intimidate during election times, something antifa already likes to do. So this would be like a desperate attempt by the left to somehow maintain control of their deep blue areas.
