>People seldom grow up, they simply continue being children

I've known this since I was a kid and it's incredibly depressing. Eventually, you reach a point where you realize nobody really knows anything. Don't get me wrong. There have been an incredible amount of brilliant minds throughout the years, and humanity has amassed quite a bit of knowledge. But the amount of things we still have to learn are incalculable. And there's still so much which we think "we know…", but is actually far from truth or reality.

It's depressing and one of the main reasons why I'll never get yo lead a productive life. Probably why I can never fall asleep at night, too. Since, I can't just correct an honest mistake, nor would I be able to present it to a rational people. I would have to challenge several entire foundations, which packs of greedy fools have accepted as "the way things are", and generations of people have been indoctrinated by others who are forced to submit to "the way things are" for a measly paycheck and a teeny bit of authoritah.

If you truly knew how bad things are…

On the bright side, we've made slight "progress"

Although, it's difficult to consider it "progress" when the world was purposely retarded for centuries.

I don't wanna say that it's entirely hopeless, but it's so goddam depressing, it's not fucking funny…
