George Floyd died of heart attack triggered by multidrug overdose, not by suffocation

In a notable in previous bread, anon said that police know that those resisting arrest commonly say "I can't breathe". This is fine except the sensation of being unable to breathe when you are breathing fine is a hallmark sign of a heart attack in progress. The other hallmark sign is chest pain or chest pressure sensations. George Floyd was likely in the middle of a heart attack that started before police arrived on the scene.

Floyd's airway, torso, or blood supply to his brain was never obstructed by the police officers knee. This is obvious from the videos. Floyd can be seen to be breathing freely and quite strong after the knee pressure to the side of the neck was applied. If you know where the carotid and vertebral arteries run inside the body, you can see there was no obstruction.

Knee-on-side-of-neck is an approved, safe-as-possible, restraint method. It is not a choke hold, which is completely different.

Floyd had a half-dozen narcotics in his system, two of which had very high doses: fentanyl and methamphetamine. These were most likely the sole cause or at least the trigger (straw that broke the camel's back) of the heart attack.

This is an open and shut case. The statements by the media that the officer suffocated Floyd to death are simple to prove false. After they are exonerated, the police officers need to sue the pants off of every news reporter and every news company that stated that the police officer(s) murdered Floyd. The negligible and sometimes intentional misinformation headlines by the media was the cause of the all the death and suffering from the riots.

Sue those bastards into oblivion.
