Pretty sure. Has a millions followers. There are many of these "Rogue" or "ALT" accounts, presumably run by the "resistance" from within the bureaucracy. Some are obvious LARPS, but some, like this, are spreading narrative to be picked up in the Twatter-sphere.
I began following this account some time ago and noticed it was a good predictor of coming MSM narrative changes.
Of special note, is that Richard Grenell follows this account. At some point there may have been an exchange, or, more likely, white hats are monitoring these accounts, both overtly and covertly.
In all seriousness, no artist could ever dream of drawing a Karen face that could match that. We need a statue of this figure standing tall outside the Museum of Karens once it's built.
