Sounds familiar, doesn't it?
Here's a question for the counterinsurgency experts.
When you have a fully-ensconced insurgent enemy continually applying well-timed trigger events across multiple theaters exploiting weaknesses & eroding confidence, how do you counter that?
Do you constantly play defense and slow-roll your strategy or do you adapt to the circumstances and begin to apply trigger events (that dismantle the insurgency and/or strengthen the social fabric) of your own?
