Weatherfag here. Never, ever seen a tropical system hold it's circulation together so well when it's this far over land. Sum ting wong.
Never in recorded history has a named tropical system held together and passed over Wisconsin. Only 3 times have "remnants" of a tropical system passed over the state. And those were from huge hurricanes. Cristobal was only a tropical storm. This thing is still spinning like a hurricane.
