There's something else to this. If the Cabal has something big planned, Q just saying something prevents that? Cabal is that fucking impotent that they still wouldn't pull the trigger? Why all the coordinated effort until that point for no climax? Or did some larger force by /ourguys/ happen behind the scenes to scare the shit out of them?
