Senator Tim Scott and President Trump initiative on Opportunity Zones may be reason for Dem controlled cities allowing burning, looting, and mayhem.

Opportunity Zones would greatly enhance the black communities, and therefore show the black communities the Trump administration is working for them to improve their lives and bring them prosperity.

With the last few weeks riots, what business would build in these places? Insurance invalid due to rioting? What business mogels would loan money to entrepreneurs to start businesses in these areas? With Dem control advocating no police protection, no businesses, no restaurants, chain stores will commit to these cities.

Opportunity Zones were a great political talking point for Trump 2020, giving hope to low income communities that could easily sway the vote. In all the years of Dem rule, they have never invested in these cities.

Was the loss of black vote due to positive returns, by the Opportunity Zones, enough for the Dems to sabotage their own cities?
