This was a MILITARY OPERATION in the sense that it was organized, coordinated, and controlled in the way that the military knows how to do things. It just means that the level of skills and logistics and command/control that we associate with the military, was deployed by all the agencies securing DC. If you do not want your society to be built on the 1st model, then your must, youABSOLUTELY MUSTmaster the distributed network of teams model. That requires lots of planning, and lots of practice. Whenever there is a disaster, whether a hurricane or a pandemic or some rioting, that is an opportunity to practice and to strengthen the TEAMS and the network communications model of control.
