Nobody's looking at Camden New Jersey where they defunded the police and the net result was a 50% budget increase in Law Enforcement with 40% more line officers added to the streets and still they're one of the worst cities for shootings/murder in the country. No, they're trying to get enough money together to bring the whiteys in the suburbs to heel, the ones that only see what's happening through a TV.
