They really do need a new playbook because the democrat “RACIAL DIVISION STRATEGY” is so predictable and is being led by the former “Divider-in-Chief”, Obama.

Obama’s legacy, besides weaponizing government agencies to target his political opponents, will be his deliberate and concerted efforts to CAUSE racial division in America. Obama was given a gift at a pivotal time in history to close the racial divide once and for all. There is only one race, the HUMAN RACE but Obama squandered that opportunity and instead single-handed did more damage and cause more division and discord, than anyone in history.
