1) Dem hot spot cities alternatively hit by waves of Covid and Riots

2) Disbanding or defunding of police creates a vacuum

3) Vacuum filled by Antifa / BLM, who keep the peace by intimidating the fuck out of residents

4) Polls not safe to visit in November, ergo mail in voting

5) Apply for federal aid to rebuild all the damage they caused themselves

Lets say Trump does nothing except let them wallow in their own devastation. Those areas were already going to vote [D], so he won't have lost anything. He may gained the votes of disgusted residents though.

Those mayors and governors WANT him to take some unilateral action, so they can riot harder. Criticize him harder. Make more fake news.
