MINUTE ORDER as to MICHAEL T. FLYNN treating as opposed and granting over objection 223 Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages. Mr. Flynn does not consent to the Court-appointed amicus curiae's request, and the government does not oppose the request. The Court exercises its discretion to permit the Court-appointed amicus curiae to file the amicus brief in excess of the page limits. See LCvR 7(o)(4) ("Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, a brief filed by an amicus curiae… may not exceed 25 pages."); see also LCrR 47(e) ("A memorandum of points and authorities in support of or in opposition to a motion shall not exceed 45 pages… without prior approval of the Court.").
