I have tried many map programs but getting down to street level keeps blocking me.
Came across something strange when trying to get down to street level to look for the general location of the photo & says must have security clearance to view street level.
Is that normal to be seen looking on street level maps
used them all, bing, google, here, open map still blocks me.
on google it was the one that had that strange message when i was trying to force it to go to street level

It will not let you get down to street level no matter what. You can use all map programs bing, google, here, open map.mapquest. I don't know of any other ones. they all block street level
Maybe one of you Anons will have better luck
