I was thinking about this. POTUS has posted many other tweets re funding of DOT & mass transit in various cities.

Why?

I was thinking about the bullet train, $ sucking, $ laundering failure in Calif.

I was also thinking about the supposed trains fitted with shackles that were talked about being used to transport people to the FEMA camps.

Is POTUS setting up these alternative forms of transport in response to that?
