Afternoon session 3-5PM was on Nutrition, food security & Africa's ability to feed its growing population and the links to US interests
Fri. Aug 16 there was discussion about HIV treatment center
Sun. Aug 18 drone delivery of medicine to rural Rwanda
Those were the only 2 days medicine/health was really focused on (mostly women, food, Rwandan genocide, business by people there, and so on).
This does not mean vaccines or something like that was not discussed at one of the dinners - these conferences strategically place delegates (like our Rep. Rush) at tables with hand-picked people to discuss whatever topic they want to advance.
As the agenda states:

The timeline is there and undeniable - he went to Africa and to a condel partially funded by Gates Fdn. But the TruePundit article says point blank:

Opinion - There is no way to find out what was discussed at those evening dinners and what direction the Congressman was given, if any. It is certainly suspicious and I would not put it past Gates, Rockefeller and the Aspen Institute at all. The entire purpose of these Condels is to expose Congresspersons to the people who will give them the information desired, so they will reach a desired conclusion, so they will act in a way that is desired (a bill). That is what happened, as Rep. Rush did put forth a bill, and it does seem to synch with what those above mentioned entities desire. I do find it interesting that this event is not listed anywhere on the Gates Foundation website or Rockefeller Brothers website. (That of course makes me wonder what else they get up to that they don't list.)
Bottom line:
I can't find anything concrete to support that statement. It may be true but I cannot find actual evidence of it. Obviously TruePundit has taken the inference and run with it, publishing it as fact. In a situation like this, perhaps it is better to pose the questions that come from the coincidences rather than portray them as fact.
