I'm betting this NoName stuff has to do with the death of John Noveske of Noveske rifles Jan 10 2013.

I don't have the sauce at the moment but I remember reading that the relatively high-end Noveske rifles were turning up in the hands of a ot of terrorists a bit after this (through the US Govt). I'm sure Noveske is rolling over in his grave knowing that his government supplied his guns to terrorists to take American lives.

John Noveske was a true patriot.

According to The New York Times, the CIA first began facilitating an airlift of weapons so select groups of anti-government Syrian militants in early 2012, on behalf of Arab Gulf States. Later that year, the Times reported that most of the arms were "going to hard-line Islamic Jihadists."

In 2013, the Pentagon opted to begin overtly sending American weapons into Syria, but they were captured by extremists in many documented incidents.
