USAID
I'm dating myself here, but USAID used to be a fairly small operation back in the early 80's. Quite well respected for the work it started out doing.
But now this a fair question to ask about re: noname USAID - and note too because it got hijacked post RR and has exploded ever since.
I think news reports about USAID funding needs to be documented during Hussein's era bigly. ( I haven't done that yet - so please help in the dig)
In the mean time, If you have any doubt about what POTUS is looking into JUST regarding USAID - here all the OIG reports from today just going back to 3/26/18 - less than a month. There are more and you can find them at that web site.
Lots of countries involved - take a look at each of them, but come back w/ a post that some info you have gleaned reading these reports.
