I think the LOCATION has something to do with:
1) Azaz (or Aleppo) Media Center (AMC) - they have a "special" relationship with the Times of Israel newspaper

these are "activist"-run groups in AZAZ that film and report on these "terrrorist" acts…they may very well be faked…
