Maybe this place, about 3 miles east of Azaz. Has a compound kinda look to it.

The image on the right is the town of Azaz, Syria. I have outlined the spider web shape. The buildings to the east may be the ones, although I favor the compound pictured on the left which is 3 miles or so east of the spider web. Azaz is near where no name was said to cross into Syria from Turkey, and on the way to Idlib. The meeting was said to be held near Idlib. I think this is "it."
