Zoom out to where you can see A'zaz. A'zaz looks like a spider web. This building is East of that spider web.

If you use satellite images to view the area around A'zaz you see a lot of fields that look like cultivated trees. My guess is they are olive trees or almond. Maybe the symbol is for that crop which seems to be very important to that region.

Here’s a satellite view of the two locations that Q dropped us. It looks like the locations are about 50 miles apart. The pictures from the airport in Turkey seem to be late in the day, toward sunset. This based on the shadows of the building and people. The sun is in the west. The pictures from the building in Syria show the sun in the east assuming the spider web windows are facing north (morning). This would indicate that McNoname is leaving with the bag he has in his hand, not arriving.
