Assuming Q meant literally 'specific location' and this was the hint, perhaps we should work from Vandenberg Air Force Base. After all, aircraft are key in smuggling weapons, children, drugs etc and seems like a logical place to start.
On an 'unrelated' note, wasn't one of the Catcher in the Rye assassins associated, either directly or indirectly to Vandenberg AFB?
