Arguably, we've reached a catastrophic state of emergency where deeply captured traitors openly work to subvert the foundation of the nation, betraying their oaths. This catastrophic emergency is an extraordinary disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, & government functions. Might the administration argue this, and take steps to ensure the enduring Constitutional government?
