are you familiar that the ocean wave of that size would roll right into the sound and fill it all up? did you not know that Tusnami's happen slowly and gradually just flood all the estuaries? even though Pudget Sound is that long and far it is still part of the Sea, connected to the ocean.
Review the 2008 Christmas Tsunami or the one in Japan for a real view of what happens. It's a slow rise and people don't even understand what is happening at first, and can't believe it.
