qanon.pub and qanon.news/Q have not updated since 4451, at least at the time I am posting this. Most recent Q post is 4458.
Also, you should include qalerts.app, which seems to update the most quickly of all of them, and can send alerts of new Q posts to mobile devices via the "Pushed" app.
