Antifa and similar anarchist/communist groups – which are probably heavily backed by Soros – are behind much of the violent protesting during the last few years. Its techniques precisely echo those of the Nazi Antifaschistische_Aktion of the 1930s. (But its tactics have also been compared to the Nazi brownshirts of the same era.)
