Was trying to get a Hawaii story from the night it happened; 6/12 but there was effectively no news on it at the time. So I ended up using an image somebody posted on Twitter.
Actually this is a relief. If the butthole cabal just moseys on quietly into the night, we know it's not believable. We would and should expect to see some major knee-jerk action of desperation.
The economy may indeed crash - for a time. What matters is production. The unbacked currency we're all running on today is bullshit to begin with and we shouldn't expect a painless transition out of it.
Bottom line: when these fucks crash the economy, their own banks go with it and they will have no hold left over this country. In addition, all the bribe money (both for senders and receivers) becomes worthless. I would take the hit - go through a depression - in order to get to the massive improvements that are on the other side.
