I am sick of listening to his racism. I thought we were moving beyond race and that we were all Americans standing under our beautiful American Flag. But instead, it’s the same old thing where white people are expected to play dumb saying race doesn’t matter while our leaders continue showing us how much race does matter. Which is it? Does race matter or not? I say it doesn’t. I say we’re ALL Americans. But if our leaders continue to break us up into racial groups, then I’ll stop pretending it isn’t happening.
