You probably already know but here's a few things that need to happen in the dough:

  • Need to close up the space on last bread's notables:

#12265

>>9583253

  • get rid of green text - two >not >>>

  • no need for this comma:

>>9583333, #12265

  • close up the space at the top of each page

but really, you did a great job!

and remembered the colon, ha-ha.

maybe make a cap of first bake??

I can

but if you're not too tired, want to try it again?

I'll can be here a while as backup.

Your choice, either way is fine.

baker, you baked earlier tonight, several breads, yes?

actually got you 'mixed up with a brand-new baker that was in baking class coz i have both pastebin's open. Was thinking this was his very first bake. That's why the feedback was so detailed - didn't mean to just come in & dump on you.

Notes look great. New pastebin is good too, just ditch the comma here:

, #12266

I'll be here at least through the bake.

well, you actually know quite a bit, just not everything. after a while, a lot gets automated and you don't have to think so hard.

there is always something to learn, i just learned several things from other bakers in baking class that i never knew. Like this trick to avoid doing pastebin captchas. check it out in a practice bake sometime:
