Q, my dad moved from NM to Phoenix. He called the VA there and spoke to his doctor and asked if he'd be given HCQ if he got the Rona, and the doctor told him NO. He was told NO doctor w/ VA can give it. Is that doctor lying, and can he ask for another doctor?
