-hostile takeovers by shills impersonating as bakers (easy to spot, unlike the below)

-"real" bakers refusing to remove shill notables posted by shills impersonating as bakers, after the fact

-bakers leaving out dozens of notables per bread, including digs + original content that anons take time to research and produce for the good of the movement

-bakers including fakengay, unverifiable, unsauced, or anti-Q posts in notables without appropriate caveats in the notables description

-bakers refusing to take valid criticism into consideration, listen to multiple anon requests/nominations, or acknowledge, let alone correct "mistakes"

-bakers making multiple formatting errors regularly that are known to fuck with aggregator sites

-bakers writing inaccurate, incomplete, or vague notable descriptions

-bakers lumping in notables into "anon buns" obscuring notables that need/deserve their own descriptions

-bakers titling breads or posting dough links with their favorite music bands and other reddit-tier bullshit in an attempt to destroy this board's culture, turn this board into facebook, and obfuscate new Q-related news that could otherwise be highlighted in the first thing anons see when they come onto the board

-bakers regularly leaving out new Q posts from new/next bread, despite having ample time to add them

-bakers taking an extremely long amount of time to bake, creating moldy breadshitter infested bread

-bakers forming homogenous groups with their own "lingo" to identify each other and communicating amongst themselves outside of the board, away from anon eyes

-bakers refusing to handoff to bakers not in their crew

-bakers fucking with dough, including refusing to add new GMT archive links and not posting notable bun links (causing next bakers to have to waste time going back to prior breads to post prior notable buns)

-nowbakers posting dead pastebin links in the dough, claiming pastebin fuckery (which does not occur for bakers outside of the crew)

it's just not the culture of the board. feel free to post that on a quiet chill night shift (we all do) but it doesn't belong in the dough post or bread title (the 4-5 OP posts are standardized across breads - after that it's up to the baker.) imo the bread title is a great place to post things that are relevant to the latest happening or Q post. this is a Q research board after all.. of course compared to the other fuckery, this is pretty minor but i considered it worth listing.

also related that i didn't mention is a general "who cares, laissez faire" attitude among the bakers about literally every aspect of baking. i think those bakers are baking too often and forgetting the very important job that baking is. bakers aren't here to be attention whores or to make a show of their personalities every time they bake. it's about the anon content, the news/theories/digs/research first. shitposting is ok but not when it affects baking or anons' trust in bakers.

that's the problem. we shouldn't need to have Q hold our hand and tell us how to run our own kitchen/board, that's pathetic. Q has better things to do. Q didn't even notice/comment on the BO change last year. we're responsible for keeping our own house in order.

kek. funny but mad disrespectful to be lazy with your shit and force another baker to clean it up (that is, if it's not intentional, which i suspect it often is). i'm not always going to be here dude, have more respect for the position and other bakers. but whatever, i have irl things to do. just keep the dough clean until i come back to bake later, that's all i'm asking for.
