I think everyone who wants to defund the police should have 911 disabled on their phone. This would reduce the number of calls the police get and therefore lower operating costs. Then, when they realize how vulnerable they are and want to sign back up for protection, they should be required to pay a HEFTY reconnection fee in the thousands.
Trump should send in manufacturing instructions how to build and produce the supplies and infrastructure they need. If they want to be autonomous, they need a civics lesson in reality.
