read alot of lawfags (most said writ not affected) and my guess is writ will be 'set aside' to allow sulllivan to do his show.

seems as if he knows he will have to dismiss, but may be allowed to do his things first.

if he doesnt dismiss then flynn/powell may re-address, but some lawfags pointed out that sullivan did not rule on motion to dismiss, he just set it aside.

the right of a speedy trial apparently is getting to trial, but once a plea occurs the court can take its time.

so my best guess is they set writ aside, keep it active, don't rule either way with the expectation that sullivan rules on dismissal, but he will proceed with his third party distractions.

I think this very well may set the stage for:

the military is the only way

all eyes are on the judicial system and it seems a very biased and partial exercise at best.

it is the opposite of justice, a narrative being extended and a patriot denied justice for politics.

so perhaps the stage is set to address the durham cases largely in a MIL environment tribunals.
