If it was up to me, I would use the military to go door to door and give everybody a citizen test over the age of 18, if they fail it, they go into a re-education camp that will teach those derelicts about our nation and how it really works.
The camps will create a generation of people who know about our country and will be effective for society instead of dragging this country down with their votes, thoughts, and energy.
